2. STRATO hosting / server log data

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes technically necessary access data when the website is requested. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested file or resource, volume of data transferred, previously visited page (referrer), and browser and operating-system information.

STRATO states that it stores visitors’ IP addresses for a maximum of seven days to detect and prevent attacks. The webserver logs provided to the website operator through the STRATO customer area contain anonymised host or IP information. According to STRATO, an anonymised IP address remains valid for a maximum of 24 hours. Logs for the last six weeks are available in the customer area; older logs are not provided there.

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing this website securely, reliably and without technical errors, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. For hosting processing in which STRATO acts as a processor, STRATO provides a data-processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. The corresponding contractual arrangement must be ensured within the STRATO customer relationship.

AGM does not use server log data to profile individuals or for advertising. As part of its hosting service, STRATO may provide anonymised or aggregated access statistics in the customer area.

3. Cookies, analytics and external embeds

The website provided by AGM does not embed analytics or marketing services and its own code does not set analytics or marketing cookies. Any session cookies required for technical hosting operation are not used for advertising or personal profiling.

There are no embedded third-party analytics tools, social-media tools or video players. The background video is delivered as a local file through the website’s own web server, so playback does not connect to an external video provider.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact AGM by email or telephone, the information you provide is processed as necessary to handle your enquiry or prepare or perform a contract. Legal bases may include Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

5. External links

Clicking a link to an external website takes you to another provider. That provider’s privacy provisions apply from that point onwards.

6. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. They also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

7. Changes

If external video embeds, statistics or analytics services, newsletters, forms or other third-party services are added later, this privacy notice will be updated accordingly before their introduction.
